The Chrono 7 Company is committed to making sure you love and appreciate your watch purchase to the fullest. We provide a simple, seven-day return policy in order to quickly and effectively meet your demands.

We provide an exchange or a complete refund using the original payment method for any unused, undamaged merchandise that still has the non-removable The Chrono 7 Company tag attached. Kindly return every item to the original point of sale in the same condition and with all attachments. Refunds will be processed after inspection by our experts within 10 business days. Please be aware that things that have been used, damaged, or customized cannot be returned. In certain circumstances, there can be a restocking fee or the item might be refused

Procedure for Returns/Exchanges:

  • First, get in touch with your Client Advisor to get a return permission no later than seven days from the date of shipping.
  • You will get pre-paid, fully-insured mailing labels via email when the return permission is issued. In order to guarantee that your watch is safe and completely insured while in transit, please adhere to the shipping instructions.
  • Make sure your return package includes all of the original contents.

International Returns:

 Customers from other countries are welcome to return items, but they are still responsible for paying return shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes. For international returns, all other provisions of the return policy mentioned above still hold true.
