The Products’ packaging could differ from what is seen in the pictures on our website.

The availability of every product listed on our website varies. If the product you bought is not available, we will notify you by email as soon as we can. We won’t process your purchase if the product you ordered isn’t available.

We will send you an email confirming that the products have been shipped (Dispatch Confirmation) as soon as we receive your order. Before approving any order, we reserve the right to request more verification or information if we have reason to believe that you are using someone else’s name, address, email address, and/or payment information illegally or without authorization. It will only be when we give you the Dispatch Confirmation that our agreement becomes legally binding.

We shall notify you via email and refuse to execute your purchase if we are unable to provide you with a Product (for instance, because it is out of stock, no longer available, or because there is a pricing issue on our site, or courier service issue). If you have already paid for the product, we will reimburse you in full as soon as we can, but in any case, no later than 14 days after we notify you via email. 

In the event that shipping an order would contravene any applicable laws, or if we have a good reason to believe that a customer has broken these terms or is or appears to be involved in fraudulent or grey market activities, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom we have had a dispute regarding a previous order.

Despite the aforementioned, we reserve the right to notify you of any adjustments by email at the last email address you gave us, or by any other method permitted by law. 

The Contract between you and us shall be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of any order you place for Products from us.

If we make changes to these Terms after you have already made an order with us, your order will not be affected by the new terms.

DELIVERY

There are standard shipping or handling fees for our customers. Typically, we choose a dependable carrier to transport all of our items. After you obtain the Dispatch Confirmation, please allow 3 to 12 calendar days for delivery, depending on the country of delivery. The delivery of your product can take longer if you buy a personalized one. In any case, before completing the purchase process, you will be notified of the approximate date of delivery for your product throughout the transaction process.

For precise information and a reference to your parcel tracking, please consult the email you received from our courier confirming the delivery.

Please be aware that the customs procedures in your country may cause a delay in the delivery.

PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY CHARGES

The pricing of the Products shall be those that are periodically quoted on our website. For information concerning price inaccuracies on our website, please refer to clause C3.

There may be occasional changes to the prices of our products. Any orders for Products that we have confirmed with you through a Dispatch Confirmation will remain unaffected by any changes to the prices of Products on our website.

The price of a product includes VAT (where applicable) at the current rate that is currently applicable and payable in Switzerland. However, unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect, we will adjust the VAT you pay if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your purchase and the date of delivery.

C3: There are a lot of Products on our site. It is always conceivable that some of the Products on our site are priced wrongly, even with our best efforts. We are not required to deliver the Products to you at the erroneous (lower) price if the pricing mistake is clear and evident. In such a situation, we will get in touch with you to let you know about the error and offer you the choice to either cancel your order or keep buying the product at the proper price. Until we get your instructions, we won’t begin processing your purchase. PAYMENT

(a) You agree to pay the full amount for any products you purchase online, whether with a credit or debit card or through another method of payment that we allow.

(b) Orders placed on our online CHRONO 7 boutique may be paid for by bank transfer. The order won’t be completed throughout the wire transfer procedure until the payment has been received in full and verified by email from us. Payment should appear in our bank account seven days after you place your order. Your order can be canceled if your payment hasn’t cleared our bank account after seven days.

(c) For every purchase of our products, you shall supply correct, full and up-to-date purchase and account information. To enable us to finish your transactions and get in touch with you as needed, you will update your account and any other information as soon as possible. This information includes, but is not limited to, your email address, credit card numbers, and expiry dates.
